Alert: System Upgrade in Progress!

Cleveland Clinic Learning Center (CCLC) is currently unavailable.

Cleveland Clinic Learning Center (CCLC) upgrade is currently in progress. The system will be back online on March 24, 2016 at 7:00 AM

CCLC is being upgraded to improve functionality and enhance the learner experience.  All information (training transcripts, schedules and reports, etc.) will be transferred and available to employees and managers when the upgrade is complete.

What will change after the upgrade?

The system will have a new look and several new features, including:

· Ability for managers to assign learning activities based on their team’s needs and to track caregiver progress

· Learners will have the option to restart or review previously completed online courses (currently, caregivers are required to fully repeat a course if they want to review its content)

· Improved search capability

· “At-a-glance” summary of assignments

· Ability to upload training certificates or information on external training

The login credentials (employee ID and last four of the Social Security Number) will remain the same.
